Frequently Asked Questions

Renting a restroom trailer is easier than most people expect.

Here are the questions we hear most often so you can feel confident moving forward with the right setup.

FAQs

  • A restroom trailer is a major upgrade from a standard portable toilet.

Our trailers provide flushing toilets, running water sinks, heating and air conditioning, interior lighting, and a clean, private restroom space your guests or crew will actually appreciate.

Whether you're planning a wedding, hosting an event, or managing a long-term project, a restroom trailer creates a noticeably better experience.

  • It depends on your guest count, event duration, and overall layout.

    As a general guide:

The Goose — our 2-stall trailer comfortably supports up to approximately 150 guests
The Sunsetter — our 3-stall trailer comfortably supports up to approximately 225 guests

If your event spans several hours or has multiple high-traffic areas, we can help determine the best setup.

  • No — we take care of that.

For short-term rentals, each trailer is fully cleaned, sanitized, and stocked before delivery.

For long-term rentals, we offer scheduled service that can include cleaning, pumping tanks, refilling fresh water, and restocking supplies as needed.

  • Each trailer comes fully prepared and ready to use.

    This includes:

    • Toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
    • Fresh water supply
    • Heating and air conditioning
    • Interior and exterior lighting
    • Bluetooth AM/FM stereo
    • Clean, stocked restroom interiors

We make sure everything is ready before your guests or crew arrive.

  • We typically need:

    • A relatively flat and accessible area for placement
    • Enough space for delivery and setup
    • Access to a standard electrical hookup nearby

Water access can be helpful, but it is not always required depending on the setup.

If you're unsure about your venue, we can help walk through the logistics.

  • No problem — we can often work around that.

Depending on your location, we can discuss alternative setup options and determine what will work best for your event or project.

Just let us know what utilities are available and we’ll help coordinate the rest.

  • Delivery and pickup are coordinated around your rental timeline.

For events, we typically deliver before guests arrive and pick up after the event concludes.

For long-term rentals, we schedule delivery and service around your project timeline to keep everything running smoothly.

We’ll confirm all timing with you in advance.

  • Pricing depends on a few factors including:

    • Which trailer you choose
    • Rental duration
    • Delivery distance
    • Power and water availability
    • Any long-term service needs

    Typical rental ranges are:

    The Goose — $1000 to $1400
    The Sunsetter — $1200 to $1700

We’ll always provide clear, straightforward pricing based on your exact needs.
