A luxury restroom trailer provides a comfortable, upscale restroom experience that complements your event rather than detracting from it. Unlike traditional portable toilets, our trailers feature flushing toilets, sinks with running water, heating and air conditioning, spacious vanities with mirrors, elegant interiors, and premium toiletries. Many guests even use the vanity area to freshen up or touch up their makeup before photos or the reception.
For weddings, luxury restroom trailers help maintain the atmosphere you've worked so hard to create. Instead of sending guests to a standard portable toilet, they enjoy a clean, climate-controlled restroom that feels much like one they'd find inside a home or upscale venue. It's a small detail that leaves a lasting impression.
Luxury restroom trailers are also ideal for backyard weddings, barn weddings, private estate events, waterfront celebrations, family reunions, corporate gatherings, and other outdoor events where existing restroom facilities may be limited. They help protect the homeowner's plumbing, reduce traffic through the house, and provide enough restroom capacity to keep lines short and guests comfortable.
At Lux Restroom Trailers, every rental includes professional delivery, setup, pickup, and a thoroughly cleaned, fully stocked trailer. Our goal is simple: provide your guests with a restroom experience they'll appreciate—and one they probably won't expect from an outdoor event.

It depends on your guest count, event duration, and overall layout.
As a general guide:
• The Goose — our 2-stall trailer comfortably supports up to approximately 150 guests
• The Sunsetter — our 3-stall trailer comfortably supports up to approximately 225 guestsIf your event spans several hours or has multiple high-traffic areas, we can help determine the best setup.

We recommend reserving your luxury restroom trailer as soon as you've secured your wedding venue and date. For weddings in North Idaho and Eastern Washington, booking 6–12 months in advance is ideal, especially for popular dates between May and October.
Luxury restroom trailers are often one of the last vendors couples think about, but they can also be one of the first rental items to book up during peak wedding season. Holiday weekends, Saturdays, and highly sought-after dates can fill months in advance.
If you're planning a wedding at a private residence, family property, waterfront home, barn venue, or outdoor venue, booking early helps ensure the trailer size you need is available. Whether you need our 2-stall trailer for an intimate celebration or one of our 3-stall trailers for a larger guest count, reserving early gives you the best selection.
If your wedding is just a few weeks away, don't hesitate to contact us. We occasionally have last-minute availability due to schedule changes or cancellations and will always do our best to accommodate your event.
To reserve your date, we require a $500 refundable damage deposit and a signed rental agreement. Once those are received, your trailer is reserved for your event.
